More “Camera Settings” are available in the Team Play Lobby in addition to the existing “Vertical” setting.
The following issues have been fixed.
MATCH
Online match results shown after the final whistle were sometimes displayed as [%d].
Random player form settings were not correctly applied when playing consecutive matches
GAME PLAN
Once a team’s lineup of substitutes had been editted, saved and then loaded again, changes were sometimes lost.
Player icons on the pitch would sometimes disappear.
EDIT
Edited player faces changed when the patch file was implemented.

In addition, we’ve fine-tuned each mode to improve your overall gaming experience.

PES 2014 DLC 2.0

The new PES 2014 Datapack include player model updates, updated transfers, updated squad lineups, the latest football boots, kits and new faces - Over 800 player faces added to make player appearances much closer to their real-life.

Gameplay:
    -Manual Control fixes: R2 Shot, first time actions (shot, header etc), yellow bar
    -Goalkeepers: Better reactions to initial save
    -L1 Lob Shot Fix
    -Gameplay slowdown in final 3rd: Change made to make as smooth as possible
    -Shooting: Refinements of slowdown to help/have positive impact
    -Catch-up refined, feeling of sudden catch-up removed
    -BAL player stats decline fixed
    -x2 speed implemented when substituted in BAL
    -Gameplan cursor speed made faster

PES14 não terá chuva, editor de estádios e apenas terá 20 estádios

A Konami anunciou que Pro Evolution Soccer não contará com efeitos de chuva em sua versão 2014. A ausência se dá devido a questões gráficas e de processamento, que exigiriam um reinício completo no desenvolvimento das mecânicas de jogabilidade e física. Tal ato, além de não fazer sentido, não seria possível com o tempo disponível.

Além disso, a produtora culpou a compra “agressiva” de licenciamentos pela Electronic Arts como o motivo para mais duas ausências. PES 2014 não terá editor de estádios nem estádios espanhóis, devido à assinatura de contratos de exclusividade entre algumas equipas do país e a empresa responsável pela série FIFA.

Mais uma vez, aqui, o tempo é o vilão. Estádios de equipas espanholas estavam nos planos e já estavam até a ser criados, quando veio a notícia dos acordos firmados pela Electronic Arts. Assim, outros estádio não puderam ser criadas a tempo, diminuindo o numero total de estádios de Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 para cerca de 20.

A Konami garantiu buscar acordos de licenciamento mais favoráveis para a edição 2015 do jogo.

KONAMI Secures Premier Argentinian Football Association License to Pro Evolution Soccer Series

Famed Soccer Series to Feature 20 AFA Primera División Teams and Regional Announcers to Create the Most Authentic Soccer Experience 
Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. today announced an agreement with the Argentinian Football Association (AFA) to bring the 20 AFA Primera División Teams and some of the corresponding home stadiums into PES 2014.  KONAMI has also secured local Argentinian FOX Sports announcers, Mariano Closs and Fernando Niembro for the series. Some of the premier teams that will be included are River Plate, Boca Juniors, Newell's Old Boys and Racing.

The Pro Evolution Soccer series holds a wide range of soccer licenses from around the world, including Europe's premier club competition, the UEFA Champions League, and the AFC Champions League. Since its inception, the series has enjoyed wide-ranging acclaim worldwide, and the addition of highly-regarded AFA Primera División Teams will help further extend its range and resonation with football fans around the world. This new agreement with the AFA brings the following 20 Primera División Teams and some of the home stadiums to PES 2014 at launch.

PES 2014 marks a new beginning for the popular series, with its new FOX engine allowing for the most comprehensive advance in the PES franchise since its inception. For years, the PES Productions Team has looked at how matches ebb and flow to develop a new approach to football. As a result, PES 2014 will use Kojima Production's renowned Fox Engine at its core. Six central tenets (M.A.S.S., TrueBall Tech, Heart, PES ID, Team Play and Core) combine to establish PES 2014 as a new benchmark in football simulations. They govern everything from the way the player receives and controls the ball, the physicality of play, and the "feel" of match-day: the rush and euphoria or crushing lows that experiencing an important game can bring.

Konami are today holding a PES 2014 community event during wich there also was a Q&A with producer Manorito Hosoda about PES 2014. During the Q&A it got known that players will be able to move clubs and manage national teams in the ML mode. It was also said that the PES 2014 demo date would be announced at the end of the month.

NEW PES 2014 INFO FROM THE Q&A:

- 75% completion - significant progress made since E3 code (60%).

- Bayern Munich and Santos FC - 2 teams playable in the latest code.

- Arabic commentary - Raouf Khlif will rock the Arabian mic this year. 

- PES 2014 Demo - release date will be announced at the end of the month.

- Online cheaters - More "prevention in place" to stop cheaters.

- Steam - PES 2014 will be available on Valve's famous platform.

- Master League - able to change clubs and manage national teams.

- Cover star - to be announced soon. Cristiano Ronaldo gone?

- Edit Mode - More emblem slots, and low socks and tight shirts return.

- Import Prequel Data - removed due to the new engine.

- New licenses - to be announced at Gamescom (21-25 August).

- New stats system - Goalkeepers now have their own specific stats.

- Weather - will affect matches. Dirty kits return. Snow unconfirmed.

- 3rd kits - introduced either in-game or via DLC
